Andy Appleton's Mackerel and Rosemary Campanelle Pasta

WELSH born Italophile, Andy Appleton is head chef of ‘Fifteen’, Watergate Bay, Cornwall, the third charitable restaurant to be founded by celebrity chef, Jamie Oliver. He concedes it is a more romantic setting than Fifteen’s first location in London, where he previously worked as senior sous chef in the flagship restaurant downstairs.
