Chefs, Giorgio Locatelli and Francesco Mazzei Launch ‘SalumiAmo’

I AM helping to promote the British instalment of the ‘SalumiAmo’ charcuterie campaign.
Starting today, the Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi Italiani and Italian Trade Commission are offering a tasteful journey into the country’s finest hams by providing freshly sliced morsels across six London bars and Partridge’s food hall (Kings Rd.) During three weeks of ‘aperitivi’ (happy hours), complimentary Prosciutto San Daniele, Mortadella Bologna, Salami Cacciatore and Bresaola della Valtellina are available as follows:
