Buffalo Hell

BETWEEN Foggia and Madrid, I suffered a lethargy inducing fever. One of its side effects emerged as a nightmare. In it, I was taking part in a Mozzarella eating competition, aim of which to see how many small globes could be crammed into my mouth. I was doing well until someone mischievously tickled me. You imagine the results... The cause for the subject material was the recently befriended Stefano Potorti, Managing Director of 'Obika' who, amongst other cheese based projects, runs the Buffalo Mozzarella restaurant in Selfridges.
