Living Exhibits

I occasionally bring a philosophical perspective into wine, particularly recently (I am absorbing philosophy evening classes).
One theory my tutor postured, which I greatly admire and am trying to practise postively, when possible, is that there are tangible benefits to realising the value of the present. When related to a glass of wine, if one is thinking about what must be done afterwards, or what has come before that moment, true sensations will be dulled...
