TWO WINE-inclined websites recently caught my attention. The first More Than Organic is well-paced and devoted to furthering 'extremely natural ...[particularly French]... wine' by Pierre Jancou, '...cuisinier, restaurateur puis caviste.'
The second takes the form of a well-written entry on contributor-based online encyclopedia, Wikipedia. It concerns Rudolf Steiner, 'Austrian philosopher, literary scholar, educator, artist, playwright, social thinker, and esotericist.' A link details what his approach means when translated to biodynamism. I am definitely open to learning about this form of seeing the 'farm' as a whole, particularly in viticultural terms.
