The Butcher by Appointment

"POSSIBLY THE best steak I ever ate" - my immediate and sustained verdict when I returned home yesterday, greeted by its languid form with crisped exterior and almost naughtily pink soft centre, rapidly rubbed in mustard and horseradish. From the butcher by appointment to Cambridge University and served by two sparkling ladies, it was so moreish, I drained the blood lagoon from the plate...

Almost frozen Gordon's with a trace of lemon tailgated suprisingly strikingly.

Congratulations to Robert, French, French wine importing colleague and to his wife Lisa - who are now a trilogy!

After a very happy year and four months at London's Liquid Larder, Vinopolis, I feel it is time to move on, from July, to develop my epicuriousity elsewhere. I am considering a number of options, but am open to suggestions (and offers).
