Artisinally Soured Sauvignon

DID YOU KNOW that the word 'vinegar' comes from the French 'vin aigre', meaning sour wine? I tasted a dab of artisinally soured Sauvignon Blanc at Neal's Yard Dairy today. I would be hard-pressed to identify it as S.B. if tasting blind, although the bitter balance and muscat colour was very appealing indeed.

We run something called the 'Blind Wine Challenge' at Vinopolis where guests can take a stab at identifying a wine's characteristics free from prejudice. However one customer misinterpreted our intentions... According to their comment sheet the B.W.C. constitutes wanton discrimination against the visually impaired.
