WHITE CHATEAUNEUF du Pape is hard to come by, it accounting for only 2p/c of the total appellation.

This notably stately wine, which rolled around the glass like a Rolls Silver Shadow gliding on a frozen lake, is named after the Lazaret order of monks whose former buildings encompass part of the estate.

Runny honey ladelled into camomile with a beeswax, resin, heavy presence.
