FROM THE Swartland region near Cape Town, this is an utterly tasty, smooth, beaujolais-like, 'bouncy castle' of a wine. Speaking of soft fruits and with a characteristic wisp of smoke on the palate (this is Pinotage after all). A bit of a flirtatious tomboy.
